anyone tried losing weight with a ketosis diet?

I have about 20 pounds to go and a friend of mine had really great success using a ketosis diet. Just wondering if anyone has had experience with this, good or bad?

I know Im a newbie, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks : )

    Do a search of the boards, there are several different threads about it :) The "Search" option is right above your first post where it says ">Home >Recent Posts >My Topics >Settings >Search"
