Today I had a great NSV. I feel I have droped a pants size. Woop! I say feel becuse as of right now I don't think I could walk in to a store and just buy anthing in this size but my pants I had fit!! And my others can be pulled on and off with out the zipper closure undone.
You would think with this NSV and working hard at the gym today that I would be feeling motivated and proud... but what I am feeling is you could do more not enough yet.
I keep telling myself this will take time it will not happen over night. That beaing healthy and fit will benefit me for a life time. And anything easy is not worth working hard for.
So what say you 32 days in and wishing I could blink and have it done with... I think I need to change my mind and think that the small changea I make now will become habit and that is worth the weight....
Cheers to keep on keeping.

That's a great NSV! You have come so far, and you've stuck with this over a month!
If we take this slow and steady, think how far we will be one year from now.
It's hard when we feel like we have so far to go, but months from now we will be so glad we've stuck with it.
You've been a great cheerleader to me, and to other friends here. You can do it!

I'm so glad you are feeling better! I am too, in spite of a bad weigh in.
I like to keep thinking "One year is going to pass anyway, think how much better I will feel if I use that year to stay within my calorie goals." Even if I don't lose 100 pounds in one year, even if I only lose 75, 50, or 60, that will still be much better than where I am now. :)
