    i am struggling with my weight......so even tho its only a month away..i started walking as fast as i could.... this is a challenge due to my ripped ankle ligaments.. but i do at least do about 30-50 minutes every day....
    never know.. maybe i will see the dedication you had, and i will be able to chivvy myself along too!!
