30 day shred anyone??

I am currently doing 30 day shred. I'm about 20 days in. Its really hard at first but it gets easier after a couple days.Since starting i have lost an inch off both my waist and hips along with a good diet have lost about 8 lbs . I do miss a day here and there but only a day or 2 then I start right up again. I really like that its only 20 min. I am the kind of person who get so board with long work outs. So I definitely recommend it. If you make sure you do it regular you WILL see results. Although I must say I'm not "shredded" but I feel more lifted and have more energy. I sometimes have a hard time getting the motivation to do it, but feel SO much better when I do. Good luck! I know you can do it!0
