so i spent the day at an outdoor museum... was there for about 5 hours. was mostly walking, at a leisurely pace. would you add that as exercise? i was thinking adding 90 minutes, although i know we walked more than that...

Personally I wouldn't (as in, I might add it just to see how many calories I may have burned, but I wouldn't eat them back to be safe).
I don't add walking to exercise unless I'm walking at a decent pace and I can track my mileage - but that's my preference.

Outdoor museum sounds amazing right now, though!

Depends on what activity level you picked. If you picked sedentary then I would record it and eat back those calories. Otherwise I would just assume these kind of things are just built in to your calorie goal already.

    I wouldn't add it myself.

yes I would add it you can do like 2.0 pace for 90 but only eat back 50% of the calories burned to be sure you didn't over estimate it. I count everything that I don't usually do, one day we moved offices at work and I had to move heavy objects from one building to another I sure did put it in because you are burning calories.

If I do a lot of consistent walking (museum, theme park), I will add that into my exercise diary, but I put the calories at 1. I only put it down to record it, not in order to eat more calories.
