Just wanted say,
we all want to loose it quickly but unfortunately it doesn`t quite work that way. It took a while to put "it' on and it will go slowly too BUT it`s not just weight loss, it`s a change in lifestyle. I know, don`t you just hate those people who don`t put on a pound and eat ANYTHING they want? As for us, we gain weight looking at a piece of cake! I HATE that! Just hang in! When the weight starts coming off, you will be inspired to keep going and if you fall back, it`s okay! Just begin again! Good Luck!0 -

Hello! I am 18 years old. I have been struggling with anorexia for almost a year but am finally starting to accept recovery as well as my body. Although I often wish I was back at my lowest weight, I am trying to focus more on feeling good in my body regardless of the number on the scale! I would love to talk to individuals who have recovered or are recovering from their eating disorders that would like to give and receive support.

I'm very happy where I am right now. I'm just working out hard and trying to reach PR's as well as recomp my body a bit more. It is very difficult to lose weight when your so short though! Every portion practically needs to be cut in half. I am constantly taking leftover food home from restaurants LOL - I mean I COULD eat it all, but I don't want to!

My body stays stuck at 150-145 I have been here for much too long. But not ready to give up....
I guess I would like friends with food diary that is open so I can get ideas what people my size are eating and calories consumed because that is what I am having the most troubles with. Working out isnt a problem for me its finding that balance between eating enough to fuel my workouts and eating enough deficit to lose weight.
