Help! Haven't lost an ounce

I've been doing My Fitness Pal for a few months and I haven't lost a single ounce. I only weigh myself once a week but the result is always exactly the same. I can't help but think I'm just a nice bowel movement away from losing 5 lbs
I would have to eat a ridiculous amount of calories (for me) to even maintain my weight. 1850 to maintain 145.5 pounds. I don't eat that much even on my worst days.
Im smaller framed, just under 5 foot 4 female, mostly vegetarian, don't eat a lot of junk or fast food, my biggest indulgence is cheese and white rice, but none of what I'm eating would put me close to the calories it would take to simply maintain my weight. I can eat 1200 calories a day and not even feel like I'm on a diet. On my worst days I would say I consume 1600.
Help! This is not working

Are you keeping track of every little thing you eat? Are you measuring your portions correctly? Are you drinking enough water? Are you over estimating any exercise you might be doing? Are you eating too few calories? Are you taking body measurements to see if you lost inches and perhaps gained muscle? The scale can be a liar when determining success since there are many factors that contribute to the number it shows.0

Have you also recorded the calories you are drinking? Sodas, fruit juices, teas, all add up, especially if you're like me and constantly thirsty.0

You're most likely eating more than you think. If you aren't having success eyeballing portions, get a food scale.1

buy a scale and measure EVERYTHING you eat, you'll soon discover you're eating a lot more than you think you are, you are not eating 1200 cals, period, there is no way at 145 lbs you won't lose weight on 1200 cals, that is less than your BMR let alone your TDEE, unless you have a problem with your thyroid in which case you need to see a doctor0

Sounds like you have a digital scale and didnt take the sticker off of the display.........0 -
Thanks guys,
Yes I think the scale is stuck..
I'm using measuring cups for my portions. I don't drink juice, only water if I'm thirsty, I actually don't like sweets, and I always over estimate just to be on the safe side. I'm not using exercise as a total for my calories very often, but if I do I underestimate. Even if I go over by forgetting to log a snack I know I'm not topping 1850 calories. Maybe more water?
I had some blood tests recently that would have showed a thyroid problem I'm sure!0 -
And I'm not doing a whole lot of exercise so I know it's not a muscle mass weight thing.. But my pants do feel a bit looser, that's why I'm excited to weigh myself to find out its nothing!0

Have you measured yourself in any other way? There's a good possibility the scale is stuck, or just that you're losing inches and looking smaller without losing weight for whatever reason.
Take measurements and pictures. Take new ones in a few weeks and compare. If your clothes are feeling looser, you're probably losing inches! Who cares about weight anyway? No one can tell your weight by looking at you0 -

Thanks everyone, when I was just about to give up you inspired me! I will try and start weighing and paying more attention and see if that helps.
By the way does anyone eat Korean seaweed snacks? I get the feeling they have more calories then it says on the package.0
