Hello - I like drinking a cup of hot chocolate (using milk, the no sugar added pack) as a snack after dinner. Does anyone know any drawbacks to this if I have the calories left for it? Thanks!

None whatsoever. Unless the small amount of caffeine keeps you awake, though I suppose the warm milk might negate the caffeine's effect.0

The only drawback would be the calorie intake I guess...but if you have them to spare and are feeling it then why not treat yourself. How calorific is it?0

Hot chocolate is only like 60 calories...then I do half milk and half water so I am not worried about the calories...just didn't know if it was okay to drink milk right before bed or if there was a bad effect...0

Unless you get a stomach ache from it. No. Enjoy whatever you want within your calories whenever you want0

Warm milk before bed, with or without added chocolate helps me sleep, sometimes I have it cold or frozen (ice cream)
Enjoy0
