Looking for feedback, advise, Tips... If any women have incorperated cell mass creatine with ethyl ester malate into their resistance workouts. Does it make you gain weight, is it worth trying, etc.

The study that is sited below did a 10 week program. 1 week loading of 0.3g of CrM / Kg / Day then 9 weeks of maintenance at 0.03 g of CrM / Kg / Day.
