macro advice?

Hey everybody! I am finally sitting down to try and figure out the best way for me to loose the pounds and keep it off!
I'm playing with macros right now and trying to figure out what will work best for my body.
Currently I weigh 195 and am aiming to have my goal weight back at my last weightloss goal that I reached of 163 then see how I feel.

So I'm 195lbs, 5'3 and 25 years old, does anyone have any pointers as far as what I should aim my macros for?
