-4inches on belly
Got my mile time under ten minutes!

Want to get to 140 at least.

Never been a girl about muscles before now but it feels awesome getting smaller AND stronger

    Congrats on your progress! Esp love your NSV's at the bottom--would love to have my mile time under 10!

    At first I was just trying to get the miles over with, now I'm making my intervals longer, slower speed and it's actually making me faster too
    My first timed mile was 12:30 I think, just keep working at it

    Congrats! I am 5'5, as well, and started at 270. I now weigh 243. It is nice to see someone of a similar build (although you are now much smaller) having such great success. Great job and good luck on the rest of your journey!
