Now for the Recipe itself.

Shrimp Creole

2 Medium Onions,Chopped
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
2 Stalks of Celery, Chopped
1 14.5-oz Can of Natural Chicken Broth or Natural Vegetable Broth
1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
1 28-oz Can of Crushed or Chopped Tomatoes
1 Bay Leaf
3 Drops of Louisiana Hot Sauce (Tabasco)
1 tsp Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb Seasoning
1 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
1/4 tsp of Celery Salt
1/4 tsp of White Pepper
1 tsp of Spike Seasoning
1 1/2 lbs of Uncooked Deviled shelled shrimp
In medium-size pot or dutch oven, sweat onions,garlic,and celery until soft and browned.
Add broth (Of your choice) and lemon juice. then add tomatoes and spices. Simmer for at least 1 hour.
Add shrimp and simmer until shrimp are pink and opaque (about 3 to 5 minutes or they will be rubbery)
Remove bay leaf before serving sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Additional idea for you can add 2 cups of slice okra to the pot after its simmer for 30 minutes and continue for another 30 minutes

You can serve it over rice or quinoa here the nutritional value of those cooked.
