From 135ish to 135ish... a reminder that the scale does not tell the whole story!

I needed to hear this cause it looks like ive lost 10kgs but ive only lost about 4 and ive dropped 1 1/2 dress sizes the scales suck but progress pictures and tape measures speak volumes.

I also needed to see this success story! I am struggling with only 10 pound weight loss, but I am seeing inches go! Congrats on a job well done! You have insprired me soo sooo much!

Hey guys hope you are well,

I would like to share my sucess story. At the age of 16 I was quite unhappy with the person that I was at the time; I was shy, had no self belief and didn't really see my life going anywhere. I knew that the next few years of my life were going to be the best so i had to change, at the very least physically. I joined in oct 2011 and since have never looked back, there have been many ups and downs but choosing the fitnes lifestyle has been the best decision I have ever made. I am now looking to take it to the next level and start competing. Hopefully i can inspre a few people!
