Do you ever find yourself working out solely so that you can eat something you really want? Just wondering if anyone else does this? I have been tired and had a headache all day, but I so wanted my McCain's ultra thin spinach pizza tonight so even though I didn't want to I exercised just so I could have what I wanted and still have a calorie deficit.

I do that! :D Though I'm trying not to do it so much. Today went backwards, I ate a bunch of stuff that i wanted, and now I have to do extra exercise to stay in a deficit, and that makes me sad. but those cinnamon buns were so worth it.

Actually, I have to do extra exercise to justify eating anything else for the rest of the day. Heh, oops.

Thanks, I don't know why I am feeling bad today about doing this. Maybe it is because I feel like crap today.
