time spend exercising

I was curious as to my time spend exercising aids or hinders my weight-loss. Initially when I started MFP, I entered 3x a week for 30min, then after about 5 weeks I changed it 5x week for 30 min. because I was actually exercising 5 times a week. I do eat back about 75% +/- calories. The past month or so I have been doing about 60 minutes 5 days a week and maybe 30 minute 2 days a week. Basically exercising everyday. In the beginning, I dropped 2-3 lbs a week, then 1 pound now it is about .5lb . and the past 2 weeks, nothing. Should I change anything?

I am going to assume you need to actually be eating more if you're working out that much.
I am also going to assume you're not measuring your food...start doing that.
According to your ticker your about 6lbs away from your goal weight? The weights not gonna come off fast...
Also remember that rest days are just as important as the days you work out...0 -
I do weigh my food and have been for at least 6 weeks now. I do need in invest in a heart-rate monitor to get more accurate calorie burns. Yes, I am also close to my goal,Yay, but this is the initial 1st small goal (23lbs) I set for myself to see if I could do it. baby steps seem a lot easier next goal would be another 20 lbs.0
