This morning's weigh in was quite a surprise.
I have been hovering just above 200 for weeks now. I even had a backslide week when I gained 3 pounds. And this is that week of the month where I usually stay the same or gain a fraction. Ladies you know what I mean and gents if you don't, ask your mom
Beyond that it was a week of events at work with tons of challenging food provided. And evenings of thinking I would go to the gym and do a lesser workout because I didn't feel "right" For the record, each time, I ended up doing my normal workout as once I got to the gym that felt "right".
So I was for just hoping that I hadn't back slid too far, and I would still be close to 200.
I stepped in the scale - 199.2 ?!? That can't be right.
I walked away and came back to weigh again. 199.2
Much giggling and a small happy dance ensued.
I have been on MFP on and off for 4 years and this is the first time I have broken through this line in my imagination.
YAY!!!!!!!

I totally do this on the Time Of The Month! I trick myself into working out unless I'm flat-out sick. I'm bloated, cranky, crampy and weak. I tell myself a half-assed workout is better than no workout. It works every time!0 -
So awesome!! that's such a fabulous accomplishment.0

I hit 201.4 today, but I listed myself at 202 just to be safe - I think I'm gonna see that 199 next week! SO EXCITED I CAN'T EVEN.
