Must admit one of the hardest parts of dieting is having a varied list of foods to pull on rather than getting bogged down into the same old same old.

From Ireland originally but living in the North West now, recently deleted my account and started over to 'refresh' my head but have hardly any friends now for motivation so feel free to fling a request my way.

    Good luck !

Yea, no kidding, I am usually good around dinner time in preparing and cooking etc, but lunchtimes I just throw any stuff together in any weird combination and concoction, I'd be embarrassed to open the diary up to be honest, lol. As for breakfast well, I find it a real struggle to eat in the morning, so I have to really force myself in the mornings, even if it's just a boiled egg and dry toast, as long as it's something.
