    I don't really need a plan, as I'm going to be starting to drink 2.5L at least a day starting today but good luck to everyone else. Water is good for you and you should drink at least 2L! :)

    I function at my best only in a challenge, and really need to drink more water. 1'st of May is near, can we start a new challenge, anyone?

    I would like to give it a go. The water here tastes horrid and I tend to drink low calorie bitter lemon/orange/cranberry from Asda but must admit I rarely drink plain water. My daily plan is:
    9am walk dog for 20 mins
    1pm walk dog for 25 mins
    1.30pm lunch
    5pm dinner
    5.30 another dog walk
    8pm another dog walk - usually longer - about 35-40 mins
    I am retired and not working but generally go to the gym 3 times a week - I keep fairly active during the day.
