This is a continuation of a group that has run for many months. Feel free to join in at any time!
Here's what you do:
Post your weekly weights, your successes and struggles, and give support to the person above you!

I am in! I think this is such a great idea! I have had two children and I have struggled to lose weight and finding these groups I think will be a great support in helping!

I took my dog for extra walk just to add exercise to my day. I usually say I don't have the time but it felt good after I did it and it did take time but it didn't really matter to the rest of my day. And I also enjoyed the sunny morning and didn't feel like I was wasting time since my dog appreciated it!0 -

I've gained a few pounds back from my lowest weight and I want to get back there. I probably lost those last few pounds too quickly, and as a result of too much restriction, so I'm keen to get back there in a way that's more sustainable.0 -

I'm in too. I'm new to this and just starting out. I just had a baby, she's almost 3 months old and I also have an auto immune disorder that causes muscle weakness. So I'm on meds and trying my hardest to get in cardio every day and do squats to strengthen my leg muscles. Overall I want to lose my belly and firm everything else!
