Weekly Weight Loss Goal Setting on MFP

I have always had my weight loss goal setting set to "lose 2 lbs per week." Today I changed my goal for daily calories, carbs, protein and fat and when I saved those goals, the bottom of the screen said the estimated weightloss per week was 3lbs. Should I go in and change my goal to "lose 1lb per week" or just leave it the way it is?

Leave at that and when you lose 1-2 lbs a week you will still be on track.0
