Weird feeling...

Greetings, everyone.
Here is the deal .. I've been on diet for 8 months now .. lost around 60kgs and I am feeling well .. the thing is .. I am starting to feel like 1200 Kcal a day is A LOT .. for me to advance and lose more weight .. I am sure it is the mindset you get when you are on a diet for too long .. but should I worry about this ? anyone had the same feeling ?

When you are closer to your goal weight you should up your calories o.o
NOT lower them.. You need to get your body used to the transition to maintenance.0 -

Increase it to what limitation ? 1500 ? or even more oO I am slightly confused .. if you can elaborate it would be much appreciated0

wow most definately...I as a 41 year old woman eat on average1800 calories a day and lose weight.0
