Hi all!

I ate a BBQ chicken wrap at TGI Fridays today, but I did not eat the side of ranch sauce nor the fries that came with the meal. How do I find out how many calories are just in the wrap without the fries and ranch sauce? Any ideas?

  • Bbq Chicken Wrap (T.g.I. Friday's)
    Serving Size: 1 wrap, Calories: 831, Fat: 44g, Carbs: 69g, Protein: 36g

I found this information right in the food data base of Myfitnesspal
  • I found this on here...it says that it is just for the wrap...

remember...when you eat out they are going to give you 2, 3 or even 4 times as much food as you really need....It is always a good idea to only eat a portion of it and then save the rest for later.

    Enjoy!

I wasn't sure if that was just for the wrap or the whole meal or what...

    Thanks for the info.

When I can't find restaurant nutritional info, I just pick it apart and put things in separately. Grilled chicken, the wrap, lettuce, tomato and the BBQ sauce. I usually try not to pick the lowest in calories just to make sure I'm covered.

I really don't like it when places don't have the nutritional info on their website and more often then not, I won't go to that place. I do understand that could be unrealistic, but it works for me. You can also try to send them an email and see if they will provide the info for that one dish.
