Anyone ever had any results using the Sauna Suits?

When I was cutting weight for wrestling. They're incredibly dangerous, miserable, and any weight you lose you will put back on when you rehydrate. Stay away.0

Personally, I discourage the use of Sauna Suits. All it does is make you sweat more so any additional weight loss is just water not caloric, which comes back as soon as you rehydrate. They also carry an inherent risk of causing overheating and heat exhaustion.0

they are a very good way to dangerously dehydrate yourself while working out - not enough money on the planet to convince me to wear one of them...0

Unless you're a professional athlete trying to make weight for a fight or event, which you're not. Don't use it.0

Sweating weight out sucks, is dangerous, and is not at all a permanent change. Your body will put that weight back on very quickly, but you'll still be left feeling like garbage.0
