Baby Steps

Just wanting to share how I'm tackling the fitness challenge I'm participating in - Baby Steps!!
That is, I have committed to riding my exercise bike 4 times a day, doing only 5 minutes each time. Today that worked out to be 2.2km. I realise that's hardly worth doing, but it does add up and it's better than last week when I could only do 1km at a time.
So I figure I'll build it up as the days and weeks go by. As they say, "Yard by yard, life is hard.. Inch by inch life's a cinch!"

Thank you. It's such a huge effort. In fact the hardest thing is to get on the bike. Once I'm there, it's not that hard.0
