Workout schedule ... what shout I do...?

Hello!
So I have been having a bit of a dilemma with trying to figure out what type of workout schedule or plan would be the most effective..
Currently my schedule looks like this:
Monday: Full Body (1000 calorie workout, Insanity, Zumba, HIIT etc)
Tuesday :Core
Wednesday: Full Body (1000 calorie workout, Insanity, Zumba, HIIT etc)
Thursday: Arms
Friday: Full Body (1000 calorie workout, Insanity, Zumba, HIIT etc)
Saturday: option day (I usually do yoga)
Sunday: Day off
The reason why I am concerned is due to the fact that I don’t have a full day for legs… however, Insanity, Zumba, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and all other full body workouts, workout your legs a little. I don’t want to be that person that doesn’t focus the appropriate amount of time on my legs and then end up with a toned upper body and core and then flabby, un-toned legs.
I was thinking about changing it to:
Monday: Core
Tuesday: (1000 calorie workout, Insanity, Zumba, HIIT etc)
Wednesday: Arms
Thursday: (1000 calorie workout, Insanity, Zumba, HIIT etc)
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Option day
Sunday: Off
(However, this makes me a little nervous because there is less time put towards cardio and working out the entire body ... ie calorie burn and balanced toning)
Is my workout schedule okay or should I change it up a bit? I have also thought about taking two days off a week but every time I attempt to do it, I just really want to work out.
I know you probably think that I am super crazy but having it all planned out keeps me motivated and knowing if I am doing the right thing helps me as well
I just want to see what everyone here thinks!
Thank you!

what are your goals?0

IF THE FULL BODY WORKOUT INCLUDES YOUR LEGS I THINK YOU'LL BE FINE0

I don't know but you definitely shouldn't "shout"....that's hardly ever constructive.0

My goal is to get in good enough shape to complete a triathlon as well as I am completing my application for the police services in my city and I need to a) Pass the fitness exam and b) stay in really good shape haha0

I find Fus Roh Dah is the best shout. It really works the diaphragm and produces some killer DOMS the next day. Just be sure you find a place where you aren't hitting people with it, especially the city guards.0

my advice would be a lower body upper body split.
Monday: Upper body
Tuesday: Lower Body
Wednesday: Off/cardio
Thursday: Upper Body
Friday: Lower Body
Weekend: Off/cardio
take an extra day off if you feel you're over training
here's some more info

Hi, If you belong to a gym see if they have a class called Body works or Body sculpting. calastenics does burn a lot of calories. I do 3 cardio and body sculpting and yoga 5 days a week. Also your body needs a break to give it time to repair your muscles. I hope this helps.0

I'm confused. If you're doing a full body workout why would you need to add in an arm and leg day? Shouldn't you be working those on your full body days?:huh:0

I DON'T KNOW WHAT WE'RE YELLING ABOUT!
But in all seriousness... you can do legs & arms or legs & core or legs & back or whatever in one day. I'm training for a leg-heavy sport so I do 1/2 legs 1/2 some other zone every lifting day (3-4 times a week). Try mixing squats, lunges, power cleans, leg press etc (compound leg exercises rather than those silly ones that focus on a single muscle group) into your lifting and core routines.0 -

I rock climb. I have to force myself to take days off in between because of the full body work out I receive each time I hit the rock gym. Lol.0 -

I agree! Stay away from city guards. Especially the one who took an arrow in the knee !!0
