Am I active or lightly active

I am a CNA (nursing assistant) I am on my feet 6.5 hours a day at work I took out my lunch break, feeding residents and morning report. I am always moving when I am on the floor. I work 4 days on week 3 the next. I just want to know which one to pick lightly active or active? also looking for friends.

I would agree to say "lightly active". If you feel like you're more active, then change it.

    lightly
  • I work in a similar job. I work two days first week, four days second week. Some days at work I know I walk several miles from one place to the next, but others I may not walk nearly as much. I first put active, then I changed it to lightly active. I figured its better to put less and burn more, than to put more and not burn enough.
  • thanks everybody :)
