Skinny but flabby belly

Hey guys,

I'm pretty skinny outside, but when i sit my belly is really flabby and i want to get rid of that last belly fat. I think i got these conditions because i eat too little a few months ago, like below my tdee and it slows down my metabolism. So, how do i fix these conditions? Do i have to increase my metabolism by eating surplus for now. Or just stay at my maintenance? Thanks before

you didn't ruin your metabolism, starvation mode is a myth, you also cannot spot reduce fat, take a week at maintenance then go back to a sensible deficit of 500-1000 cals and lift weights

As I believe trog said on a different forum, Pick up all the heavy things until you look like you want to look.

I lift weights, but I really don't see how it's going to get rid of the empty space created by weight loss. I've got plenty of muscle under there already.
