Betting that I can eat healthily- volunteers to referee?

Hi there, I am currently having trouble giving up binge eating and attempting to purge afterwards. After having tried 21habit (committed version), Chains.cc, Joe's Goals, MealLogger etc. but not really getting anywhere with them, I thought a new approach might be a good idea.
My plan is to bet against a friend (with relatively high stakes) that I can go until next Saturday night, when I am attending a ball, eating moderately healthily and avoiding bingeing. However, I'm worried that if I leave it to him or to myself to decide what constitutes a healthy diet some cheating may go on. I was hoping some one might volunteer to act as an impartial referee- I'll message once a day with what I've eaten, and you decide whether it sounds healthy or not. I don't necessarily mean that every meal must be perfectly balanced and low calorie; I just need someone to make sure I don't eat two easter eggs and five chocolate bars in a day (what I did yesterday and what brought on this idea).
If in return you'd like me to do something similar for you, like judging a bet or giving my opinion on whether you've had a healthy day, I would be more than happy to!

Sounds suitably crazy, count me in as a referee/food nazi. That said, do you have goals other than eating below some calorie number? Are you also tracking macros?0

Even though I'm on this site I've had to stop calorie counting properly, since that's what got me into these bad habits in the first place! I was thinking more sticking to three square meals per day and snacking on fruit in between; generally any day which doesn't involve ingesting large quantities of chocolate or chips! Yesterday (I had a poached egg on toast, roast vegetable tart, lettuce, carrots, an apple, low fat frozen yoghurt and tomato pasta) I would have considered a good day, even though it may not have been a small number of calories.0

That does seem like a healthy diet to me, if possibly low in protein.0

Today has been apple and cinnamon porridge, grapes, blackberries, cherries, blackcurrants -may have gone overboard with the fruit consumption- root vegetable crumble with cabbage and tomatoes, an apple and finally grilled chicken with carrots and rice... I don't think I'm too badly (although going to a pub quiz tonight- hopefully won't end up snaffling all the chips)!0

Approved, so far. Don't feel bad about putting a little more healthy fat in there though.0

Definitely helping, having someone to tell what I've had at the end of the day! Poached egg on toast, feta wrapped in spinach with carrots and beans, plus a vegetable chili and apple today!0

Thank you very much! Today hasn't been all that balanced, but bingeing by no means... SlimFast Bar, Red Leicester and Red Onion Sandwich, Winter Leaves Salad with cherry tomatoes, Miso Soup, Low Fat Frozen yogurt.0
