    Way to go girlfriend! You are such an inspiration... I don't know how you started running at over 300 pounds, I am 160 and cannot run maybe because of some lower back problems but I can get a mile in about 13 minutes just speed walking and I'm only 5 foot 2 hahaha. I have a gluten intolerance as well my body doesn't ache and my skin is much clearer when I don't have products as well. I've been doing Atkins its probably similar to the keto diet .....have you ever tried the Atkins?congratulations again on your success keep up the good work... I would like to lose 45 pounds myself.
