I have done this for 2 months now only 2 lbs. lost. According to this sight I shoul've lost 6 by now. I excersise and more often than not I eat below my calorie alotment. So what am I doing wrong. Or is this normal.

100% honesty with yourself in what you eat (every bite, sauce, extra) and in the intensity of your workouts?0

You could be eating to little of calories especially if you are working out! Your body needs calories to burn!
Also are you drinking enough water ?0 -
The intensity of my work outs are as follows, I do Jillian Micheals last chance workout or p90x cardio or Biggest loser cardio max. So the intensity is there. I do either one of these at least 5 times a week. I have lupus sometimes 4.0
