Can I replace lunch with a quest bar?

Basically I am wondering if quest bars are helpful for weight loss, I have a small appetite and find it hard to afford buying lunch at college/having time to pack a lunch so it'd be great if I could just have something quick and easy to have for lunch. At the moment I do not work out but I eat as clean as I can. Does anyone replace a meal with a quest bar?

They range from 160 calories to 210 calories per bar.
Or you could just eat someting else much less expensive and more readily available.0
