I've lost 20 pounds in 3.5 weeks. I have 120 to go. I'm just wondering if this is healthy and when will lt slow down. I have been eating mostly paleo and I workout 5 times a week. Thanks

The more you have to lose the quicker its lost in the begining
You should lose about 1% of your weight a week. It can be more but thats usually average. Thats why the closer you get to goal the quicker it slows.0 -
Weight loss isn't linear. Amount remaining, sodium intake, hydration, glycogen stores, and hormones are only some of the factors that make weight loss difficult to predict precisely. This is just one reason why weighing yourself multiple times a week (or day) can often drive a person slightly batty.

Don't forget to readjust your calorie count after shedding a few kg0
