Under calorie goal and full

I'm 20 years old, 188lbs, 5ft 6in. My calorie goal is based on TDEE - 20% which is 1700calories a day, I am eating around 1300calories and feeling full/satisfied but I just wanted to know if I should force myself to eat the extra calories or eat larger calorie healthy meals?? I am also exercising once a day and on average burning 300calories and I am also breastfeeding which my Dr has told me burns around and extra 500calories a day.
Any advice would really help
P.S since starting the calorie goal I have lost 2lbs in a week.

So you should be eating 1700+500 for the nursing. Eat it all.
Also make sure you're drinking a lot of water.
You want to maintain your milk supply and your good health!0 -
