Yeah, I'm up so far but I know it's all water weight. While I have stayed within my calorie deficit goal, I have been eating out more and that means increased sodium. I've also slacked in drinking water a little, which is not helping to flush the extra sodium out. Bleh!

I'm not sure how legit today's number is. I'm sure I didn't actually lose 2 lbs in 2 days. I hope my scale isn't messed up!
My healthy living progress this week was in sleeping more than 8 hours every night to aid my injury recovery. Unfortunately, when I'm less tired, it's harder to fall asleep with the pain. But being well-rested feels great!0 -
I could definitely use the motivation, I haven't been very good about my health this past week.
