Hi there! Could anyone give me some advice?

I'm new to MFP, and I've lost weight pretty consistently.
During the week, I eat healthily, run for 40 mins on the treadmill 6 days a week and walk a lot. I also lift weights 3 times a week. I never eat my exercise calories back.
However, on the weekend I pay less attention to fat/sugar content, only paying attention to calories. I eat a fair few of my exercise calories back, but always come in under my calorie goal, which is 1600.
I'm 28, 5ft 7i tall and weigh 78.6 kg. My goal weight is currently 74kg.
In your opinion(s), am I likely to come unstuck? I am reluctant to completely cut out the more unhealthy foods I enjoy completely, as I have done this before, lost weight but ended up failing spectacularly!
Any advice would be gratefully received.
Thank you.

No food on its own is unhealthy. It only becomes unhealthy if it causes you to:
1. Go over you calorie limit
and/or
2. Prevents you from meeting your macro/micro goals
For this reason, only a diet as a whole, based on total nutritional and caloric needs, can be considered unhealthy.
Analogy: You can still pass an educational course with high marks even if a small number of you exams or papers don't receive passing marks.0 -
If you can incorporate those foods into your diet and still meet your nutritional goals, then that's fine. However, if you're stuck, you may need to give some of them up for a while until things get moving again. If you've hit a plateau, you'll need to change something to get the ball rolling again.

I don't agree with this..typically if you are stuck there are a few reasons...water/glycogen stores in the muscles...

or you are not in a deficet which is from under estimating intake and/or over estimating burns.
My first question would be do you use a food scale? weigh solids? measure liquids...if not start...as well perhaps cut back on eating all your exercise calories...aim for 50-75%...0 -
Thank you all for your advice! You're awesome!0
