Hi guys - I have offically logged in for a whole year Streak of 365 days. I started here before that but was not consistant.

In that time I have gone from 105kg (231lb) to 67.8kg (149lb).
I have lost 16 inches from my hips, 20 Inches from my waist and 7 inches from each thigh :)
I am proud of where I have got to and I finnaly feel good about myself.
I would like to thank all my awesome friends on MFP as well as my real life friends for the support over the past year without all of you guys I would have never got to this point.
I still have a little to lose but taking it slow and steady, still cant wait till I hit GOAL though :)
