I just wanted to share my journey so far. I have been so inspired by others so I hope in posting this I can encourage someone too!
Heaviest at 110kg (242lbs), currently 72kg (158).. have at least another 10kgs to go but feeling good for the first time in a long time.
I'm a mum of three. Have changed my diet, cutting out sugar and increasing exercise as I get fitter.. I did insanity 6 months ago and lost 12kg in 12 weeks.. I'd love to find some friends to help encourage me on the journey of my next 10kgs.. feel free to add me & share your story :)

    Congratulations, fantastic work and good on you for posting!

    My story is similar to yours, solo Mum to 2 kids, at my heaviest (end of 2009) I was 111kg (urghh!), I got down to 75kg mid-2013 but didn't maintain it, and have been around 80kg since then. I'm currently at 77kg and aiming for 69kg - with the help of My Fitness Pal and my new found love for running!

    Wow! You've made a fantastic change to your body but what stands out to me is those eyes! You look so sad in the before, but that woman in the after is fierce and determined!!

    WOW girl you did great! You must be so proud of yourself! You're at my starting weight now, I've lost 10 kg so far and have another 10 kg to go. Let's be friends to help each other getting rid of 10 !
