Hi all,
I'm a 46 yo female.. looking to lose about 25 pounds.. I've been doing T-25 for 8 weeks now and I'm toning up for sure, but weight is not coming off. I'm absolutely LOVING t-25. I feel great...
Hoping that keeping count of my calories will help!!!

Keeping track will make all the difference. Numerous studies have shown people who accurately count calories lose more weight. best of luck!0
