Hello! I've never thought to post before/after photos as I am still working towards my goal, but since I posted this on facebook and everyone was so surprised at the different I thought I'd share my success story here.
I am 5' 3" started at 230 lbs and I am now down to 192. I have only lost about 33 lbs but I have lost 3 pants sizes and gained a whole lot of confidence! =D
