FINALLY!!!!

I have to share my excitement. I lost 62 lbs since November 1, 2013 and then hit a stopping point where nothing I did made a difference. 7 weeks and the scale just laughed at me. grrrrr.....

4 days ago, I saw the scale start to move again. of course i just thought it was a normal fluctuation but today i will finally own that reading. 5lbs lost! Whoohoo!!! :)

i have to admit its hard to stay focused and discipline through the 7 weeks. some days were actually frustrating. The last 30 days I have been on MFP and you guys / gals have helped me stay focuses. Thank you for sharing your stories and help.

Have a GREAT Day!!!!

Congratulations on the long overdue 5 pound loss!
And I would ditch the laughing scale if I were you. Sounds completely demoralizing.

Those kind of "plateaus" that aren't actually plateaus happen, sometimes lasting for a couple of months. I can only assume its your body retaining water while you continue to lose fat and the water weight just masks the fat loss. I think you made the right move not changing anything and sticking with your plan, I see too many people on here freak out if the scale doesn't move for three weeks and then make drastic changes to their diet as a result even though there was no need to.
