    Running alone does not tone the entire body, you have to incorporate strength training to help build lean muscle. Also as runners we need to have flexibility & balance. A strong core helps too!

    Depends... I have muscular/toned legs from running, but I run at the mountains 90% of the time. If you want a nice body you must do strength training.
