    12g, all from the ezekiel bread I eat with my eggs and bacon.

    Kellogg's - All-Bran Bran Buds - 1/3 cup (30 g) = 80 cal. = 13g of fiber... I just try to eat this in addition to whatever I eat for breakfast.
