How do I know if i'm in Ketosis?

I've been carb-less for the past 3 days with high fat and meduim protein.
I searched over 15 pharmacies for ketone strips; no luck.

How can I tell if my body is in Ketosis?

    Options
    Metallic taste in mouth, peeing a lot, dizziness, acetone hint in breath are all symptoms. Blood test meter is best though.

    Did you ask the pharmacist? I found mine at Walmart, back when I did Atkins.

    You can smell it quite clearly in your wees. It smells sweet, totally different from usual wees.
