Wow congrats to all of you that have already lost weight.
Im trying to aim for 130-140lbs... my suggested weight is 109-130.. I think anything smaller than 120 would look weird now. although untill I had my daughter I was much smaller.
It's been taking me such a long time to actually lose the weight.. But Im hoping to kick it up some more and try to burn more daily calories.

My starting weight as of now is 200lbs, my heaviest was 270.
Goal weight is 130-135ish so have about 65-70 more pounds to go.0 -
I'm brand new here and want to lose 100 pounds. At 5'4" I'd still be technically overweight.
I think was 12 the last time I weighed less than that.

I'm trying to lose 15. I started at 138, am down to 133 and want to be at 122 for my wedding (weird number, I know, but it was the weight when i felt "fit and trim").
I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but for my frame it makes a big difference. I'm hoping for defined abs and arms, and to go down a jean size by my wedding in June!0 -

I would like to lose about 67lb, that would put me at 140 which is within healthy weight range for me at 5'4" .will see how Ifeel and look when I get there and re evaluate accordingly.0

I need to lose between 164 and 174. That's two whole people! My very small frame means I'm only supposed to consume about 980 calories a day to maintain my optimum weight. That means if I go to Chipotle I only get to eat part of a burrito to get my entire calorie count for the day.0

I'm trying to lose 73 pounds, putting me at 130. My lowest weight as an adult was 128, and I felt amazing then. My mini-goals are 180 (moving me from obese to overweight) and 150 (moving me from overweight to normal). If only I could fit into that dress again...0

This thread nearly made me cry. I have so much to lose - I thought I was the only one in my weight range

About 40lbs. I had lost 30lbs already, but now it's the serious weight I can never seem to get rid of.0

I'm 30-ish down, and another 40 or so to follow. That would still put me into the "overweight" range, but I'll see how I feel about myself once I've reached it. So 70 or so altogether.0

About 5 - 8 kg left..
Now the holidays are behind but I'm going to Gran Canaria for a week in about two weeks, so my "getting back on track" is taking a while longer..

I started this journey at my highest weight - 395# on 11/17/10. So far, I have dropped 21.5#. My ultimate goal is to lose 245#, but that is sooo far away, that I need to focus on smaller goals. My next mini-goal is 363 for the January No Excuses Challenge. :bigsmile:0
