Hi everyone my name is Gary. I had Gastric Bypass surgery on 10-28-09. It revolutionized my life. I've lost 200lbs and I'm working on hitting my last goal of 210. I currently have 58 more lbs to go. I'm ramping up the exercise and just starting to learn how to work with free weights. Would like to hear any suggestions on exercises that tone muscle and build muscle. The cardio I can do standing on my head but the free weights. A bit overwhelming to me. I'm wanting to run a couple of 5k's this year. Oh yeah and once I hit 240 I'm going to attempt climbing a rock wall. Open to friendships. Drop me a line.

    WOW congratulations this is fantastic.

How about hiring a personal trainer ? If you can seeing it every 2 weeks would give you new exercise to do and will keep you going as well with learning new ones all the time. This way you'll know how to do them and also learn to vary your workout.
