I love all the laughing cow cheese wedges... and there are so many flavors now! I typically think of them in the standard cheese-on-a-cracker way... how do you guys use them or incorporate them into recipes?

I put them on a toasted bagel instead of cream cheese, or on a sandwhich in place of mayo0

Love Love Love the laughing cow. They have basically replaced butter for me.
I love using it on my toast (silver hills) with a poached egg on top. I will have it with a bagel as the spread with a big pile of baby spinach in between. They are really good on apples too. I typically only purchase the plain ones though.0 -
For lunch I am having Flatout light italian, laughing cow queso fresco & chipotle and turkey!! YUM!!!0

OMG I love that stuff!!0

I use this recipe:

BUT, I replace the cream cheese with 4-5 wedges of Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese.

I did garlic, 2 laughing cow light swiss wedges, and 1/8 cup of milk to make a cheese sauce for asparagus last night!0

Breakfast! turkey sausage patty, laughing cow, and a poached egg!0

I use it to make a quick chicken salad. 1 can of chicken, diced onion, 2 wedges of French Onion Laughing Cow and throw in some halved cherry tomatoes, add some sliced almonds too! Yum. I've been thinking about trying it with Tuna also.0

Not exactly a recipe but I like to put it in my wraps. Turkey+whole wheat tortilla+red pepper Laughing cow+spinach+red peper is pretty awesome.0

I melt it over nice hot pasta, with fresh herbs - taste like a rich cheesy pasta sauce but its not0

I guy the original, then use 2 parts cheese to one part plain greek yogurt. Then, add all the yummy fresh herbs and throw it in a food processor. It makes an amazing herb dip!!0

Wow, all of those ideas sound so good. When I had a job I would take them to work and put them on wheat thins or something like that for a snack. I guess I need to expand my mind.0

www.hungry-girl.com has a billion recipes using this stuff, she loves it. I especially like using it to make cauliflower mashies (mashed potato substitute), which is one of Hungry Girl's recipes. They are sooo good and you can eat a huge amount.0

Mix it with tuna for tuna salad - I usually add chopped up bell pepper, then put that on top of actual salad (greens) with feta cheese , raisins and balsamic vinegar...in fact I am having this for lunch right now. Yummm0

Hungry Girl is awesome! I take a wheat tortilla spread one wedge of the Laugh cow cheese on it and then top it with some boiled shredded chicken and salsa or just a little pizza sauce and bake it. Super good and got it from the huge Hungry Girl cookbook.0

I made this recipe up, its soo easy and good!
Take the garlic and herb small wedge place in microwave just to soften it up a little then spread on chicken breast and put some french's fried onions on top and bake in the oven at 400 for 20 minutes.0 -

I put them on a toasted bagel instead of cream cheese, or on a sandwhich in place of mayo
They have a cinnamon cream cheese now (at my grocery, it's with the cream cheese, not the rest of the Laughing Cow), and it's amazing!0 -
Have you tried this?

It's a little messy, but it's delicious.0 -
I toast a 100 calorie English muffin, spread a wedge of laughing cow cheese, put turkey and spinach on it and then poached eggs. It's my favorite breakfast on the weekends!0

I put it on everything lol. I like to make quesadillas with it instead of shredded cheese. I also spread it on jalapenos or baked potatoes.0

I mix a triangle with tuna instead of using mayo - more protein, less fat!
Also, a couple of triangles mixed with skim milk over a medium-high heat in a pan makes a lovely cheesy sauce for pasta0 -
I make buffalo chicken dip with a few wedges of the light blue cheese instead of cream cheese and Fage 0% Greek plain yogurt instead of sour cream. It cuts a lot of calories without cutting out taste!0

Hungry girl's creamy avocado fettuccine! So good, the sauce is laughing cow swiss cheese and avocados. recipe here:

We have a smoker/charcoal grill so we smoke baby bell peppers then slice them open and put about 1/2 a wedge in each pepper instead of cream cheese. YUMMMMMMM
Recently I used the garden veggie on deli sliced ham with a dill gherkin to make the "pickle roll-ups" I was craving - that was YUMMY too!
I too have made an alfredo or cheese sauce for pasta, used it on baked potatoes, used it to make quesadillas w/ corn tortillas.
Lastly I will take a couple and put them on a gluten free pizza crust, then use other toppings such as mushrooms, or spinach etc.0 -

I love this stuff too. I use it in place of Mayo, cream cheese, even sour cream sometimes. I love it over pasta and mixed in with mashed potato!0

The Miracle Noodle cookbook had a recipe for pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and those laughing cow cheese wedges. I don't think the recipe was much more than that. It was really good, though. And yep, I think I made a low-calorie fetuccine alfredo with them once.0
