at about 150lb.
Ive not really dieted, just tracked. Weighed myself the other day and was 145 but not sure if that's consistent yet (and no pics!)
I'm 5 foot 7.5 inches, pear-shaped.0 -

you guys look great!! Thanks for the inspiration. I just started the day after Easter, I weighed myself then, but haven't since...if I haven't lost anything I don't want to get discouraged.0

Well, I'm 5'5" and 170 now and I am less than 27-28% body fat so actually I don't even know if I'm planning to go down or just stay here and lose body fat. I am a size 8. I will be at less than 20% at 155 ish so I'm not sure. I want to be 22-20% BF. I feel really good at 170 but 170 can be totally different on people depending on your body composition. I have been doing body recomp since January and have stayed nearly the same weight. These photos are only 4 pounds different.

I'm 5'5'' and my starting weight was 169lbs. I'm currently 160, thinking a good goal weight for me is 130lbs. I have 3 herniated disks in my back but will get there slowly but surely!
Everyone has done a great job. Well done guys!0
