Loosing weight

Hi everyone! I'm a 22 year old 5'1 female who was 140 last November and now am a 124! However I have been that way for the past 3 months (thank God I didn't gain the weight back but it's still not where I want to be). I would love to be a comfortable size 2 with a fat stomach as I am now a comfortable size 6. I know most of you think this is a great weight and it is but I could be more fit and my BMI would still be normal if I loose about 20 pounds (I'm short so it makes sense). I tried juicing for the past three days but it is insanely hard- I end up binge eating when it gets close to 3ish :(

I hate workout and barely have time for it. I work two jobs and I'm out of my house at 7:20am and back home sometimes around 11pm if I'm working both jobs. So I was hoping juicing would be an easier solution and help me loose that belly fat ( before June 20 for my cousins engagement) I've never been comfortable with my body and refused to wear a bathing suit since high school! I'm hoping this is my year! Don't get me wrong, Im proud I was able to come so far and I have alot of confidence but I really would like to accomplish this especially since Im going to be starting medical school in August and I eat more when I'm stressed! Hopefully I will loose that habit and keep myself healthy!

Does anyone have any advice? How where you able to not eat anything solid and get through the day? I need supporters please!!!

    I would suggest not juicing. You're removing all the fibre from the fruit/veges so there's nothing to keep you full. Why not just eat what you want and can find into your calorie goal?

    Also it's hard to get fit without any working out, sorry. You can lose weight, but without any sort of fitness, you won't get 'fit'. As for a flat stomach, well you may not actually get one, depending on your genetics. And without any strength training, you may end up being 'skinny' fat instead of 'toned'. While I understand you can't afford to work out atm, I might try putting time to workout as a goal for the future.

    I take fiber vitamins daily..... As for the working out, right now it's not possible. Hopefully in the future but till then I want to be able to increases uptake in fruits and veggies and hope that will get me somewhere put of my plateau..... Obviously I'd have to work out eventually especially if I want to tone up

    You wouldn't need to take fibre if you didn't juice though, so why not just eat whatever you're juicing atm? If juicing during the day is causing binges at night, I would seriously suggest looking at dropping it as a weight loss tool. The only thing you need to lose weight is a calorie deficit. The reason people drop weight so fast while juicing is because they're not taking in a lot of calories. I think you'd see a huge improvement just eating the foods you've been juicing up till now, or if you have the tools you could look at blending instead? That way you keep the fibre but still get in the fruit and vege intake you're aiming for.

    Another question of course is how many calories are you aiming for a day?

    Anyway, I wanna loose stomach. Now, it's not actually that bad, but the thing is, I'm 5,5 tall, and i am actually skinny. i have no body fat, no celulite, not that I know off, My body type I have no idea what it is. I cant say I'm an apple, because my stomach isnt that big, it's actually a little bit bigger, but not to bad, but I really wanna make it look nicer, if you know what i mean,, and have no idea how to. I read somewhere that since i have bigger chest i should not do work outs for my upper body, but I should run, so i run and i drive bike, but i really wanna do something about it, before summer starts in croatia. :D
    It's not that bad actually, my mom says, and my friends, that I overreact, but REALLY, I HATE IT!!! So, can anyone help me? Btw, about the food I eat, I have a greate metabolism, so everything I eat i process, I have problem with getting bigger, cause I loose weight like a crazy person. But stomach I hate. So if there is someone, please tell me, I would do anything, I really wanna change that little part of my body.
