Awesome job ladies! I so wish I could get rid of this huge overhanging belly I have. I don't know exactly what it will look like once I loose weight but I imagining a lot of loose skin. Not the flat and fit tummies you all have! Way to go!!!

Mine is way worse.. If I was not at work right now I'd post my pics.. I need a tummy tuck.

HO.LY.COW! How in the world did you achieve such great abs?! I'm kinda obsessed with them now, LOL! What exercises did you do and how much weight were you using?

    Phenomenal job. :D

My profile pic is reasonably recent - it is me after 3 live children and a total of 8 pregnancies. And my babies that made it to the finishing post were BIG babies.

Give yourself time to get you back. And you will.

honestly no much 25 min a day its like this = 50 push ups,100 squats,100 crunches,50 leg lifts,50 reverse crunches and about 1 1/2 - 2 hours of walking 5x a week, the best advice ever was if you want to be in shape you have to start in the kitchen not the gym, I eat SUPER Healthy and its ok with me because I do give myself cheats(Birthdays holiday ext). And the salt or sweetness from peanut butter or fruit(I like them mixed together) is pretty damn close to a choc bar or peice of cake =-)
