Not a Good Eating Day

So at the end of the day even with exercising I was still 1,000 over on my calories. To much fat and sugar. Tracking EVERYTHING you eat is a real eye opener. Looking forward to tomorrow.

    dont take it to heart.. Tomorrow is another day, start a fresh.

    Slow changes, one day at a time, and it will all become good in the end
